This new program includes 2 hours of CE but can be up to a 6-hour program. Attendees will learn leadership skills, fiduciary responsibilities, public speaking tips, the importance of DEI in leadership, volunteer roles, and more! If you have new leaders this is a great "getting started" program which is also a great refresher for veteran leaders!

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are topics that cross into our everyday lives. In real estate, these topics are of high importance due to the nature of our business. This course explains the importance and the difference between diversity, equity, and inclusion in business. Understanding our implicit biases is the first step to overriding bias. This course will help attendees understand that we all have implicit biases. Identifying them and not allowing them to shape our business is crucial to providing excellent service to our clients.

Fair housing laws extend beyond our conversations with prospective clients. As licensees, our advertising of ourselves, our listings and our services are also governed by fair housing laws. In this course, students will be empowered to market within these guidelines. Understanding why these laws are important is the first step to providing fair and equitable treatment to everyone.

This course covers common practices of buyer's agents. The course ensures licensees are representing their buyer as they should within the law, Code of Ethics and following MLS rules.

This course covers common practices of listing agents, reviews licenser law, Code of Ethics, MLS rules and office policies. The course discusses the differences between them and how to conduct business properly.
COMMUNICATION AND CLIENTS

This course covers the importance of communication with clients, customers and fellow REALTORS® as well as best practices for explaining commonly used real estate terms to your consumers. The course also discusses potential COE violations when you don't communicate and how to avoid them.
CONTRACT TO CLOSE
3-5 hours CE
Do you know how to complete a contract correctly? Can you explain it to your clients? Do you understand what happens after the contract is signed and do you fulfill your role? This course covers everything from completing a contract, multiple offers, inspections, contingencies, title process and more! I will customize the course to the purchase contract your association uses at no additional cost!
DEEDS, SURVEYS AND LAND USE
3 hours of CE
This course provides an extensive overview of Deeds and how reviewing them protects you and your clients, explanation of a survey and various types of land use.
ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
3 Hours CE (Satisfies both NAR and DOS requirements)
Ethical business practices are much more than the Code of Ethics. This course explains the code in a relatable way but also explores ethical contract negotiation, communication, fiduciary duties, multiple offers, ethical showing and listing practices and ethical social media practices.
EVERYDAY ETIQUETTE COURSE

As an Etiquette and Protocol consultant I offer courses on REALTOR® etiquette, reception and fine dining, interview, and communication etiquette. This course can be taught to a large group, a select few or one on one. Perfect for any type of business or just for your own personal knowledge!
